Northtowns - Chair Exercise Sessions

The Resource Center atRoswell Park Hematology Oncology Northtowns is offering chair exercise sessions only for patients of the Hematology Oncology Northtowns Care Network location.

Chair exercises are an easy, low-impact way to incorporate exercise into your daily life. Learn some simple movements and stretches that get your body moving and help to regain mobility!
