Chemo & Immunotherapy: What to Expect

This session is designed to walk patients through what to expect on an infusion day, from check-in to going home.

We will offer clear, approachable information about chemotherapy and immunotherapy, along with practical tips and supportive guidance for the many questions patients may not realize they have; everything from eating in the infusion area to navigating arrival through Roswell Park’s Scott Bieler Clinical Science Center's heated drop off and pick up location.

Through education, open Q&A, and shared insights, the session aims to empower patients with knowledge, ease uncertainty, and create a welcoming, supportive environment within the infusion center, helping patients feel prepared, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.
