Caregivers Connect

Details

The Caregivers Connect group is meant to nourish the mind, body & spirit; to bring Caregivers together, acknowledge & celebrate their dedication, selflessness, and the hard work that goes into their role.

This is not a support group, but an opportunity to gather, receive educational resources and the chance to learn a craft or new skill!

Prepare to be pampered! Books, journals, and self-care items will be provided throughout the year. We will also have teas, cold beverages and healthy snacks from Her Kitchen to enjoy during our gatherings.

For more information, please contact group facilitator Theresa Bonito, at 716-845-1300 ext. 5053.
