In my current role as Administrative Chief of Staff at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, I provide high-level operational and strategic support to senior leaders, strengthening organizational effectiveness through collaboration and cross-functional project management. My background includes leadership in employee engagement, vendor management and process improvement, with extensive contributions to initiatives focused on corporate communications and organizational development.
