Biography
The son of a registered nurse and master of engineering, I was born and raised in Buffalo, destined to be a part of the scientific community. I graduated from Canisius High School and the State University of New York at Buffalo, Summa cum Laude. I worked at Wegmans since I was 16 and joined the pharmacy there during college. I was accepted into the UB School of Pharmacy, but changed career directions when COVID-19 hit. I worked for the Biotechnology company, Athenex inc, located on the BNMC, starting off as a GMP quality control chemistry technician and quickly getting promoted to analyst. I soon discovered CAR T-Cell Therapy, and made a second career path change into biology. From there, I honed in my research and laboratory skills, becoming management material and landing a job here at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in Oral Oncology in January of 2025. I enjoy doing all things Buffalo: Eating wings, going skiing, watching the Bills, Sabres, and Bisons, seeing comedy shows, checking out the local breweries, and hanging with friends and family. If Buffalo has it, I've probably done it! Go Bills!
