About Terry Jo Brooks-Devlin

Biography:

Terry Jo  Brooks-Devlin, PMHNP-BC, provides psychiatric mental health assessment and treatment to a diverse population; culturally and socially.  She practices in a variety of patient clinics; adult mental health, forensic, and collaboratively in primary care offices.  She provides treatment for inpatient psychiatric hospital patients and  psychiatric consultations for nursing home residents. Terry Jo is experienced in forensics and psychiatric law and has served as a consultant-and expert witness. She values her experiences of working as a registered nurse in a variety of settings. 

She served at the Buffalo Veteran’s Administration Health Care Center in psychiatry, emergency medicine, hospice and palliative care, and substance abuse rehab units.  She was awarded a scholarship to obtain her Masters of Nursing in psychiatric mental health NP at SUNY Stony Brook.
