Biography

She:kon, hello, my name is Nancy Washburn. I am Mohawk, Turtle Clan and my family roots stem from Six Nations, ON, Canada.
I graduated from D'Youville College in May of 2020, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Analytics. My first position with Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center was from 2021-2025, where I warmly served Indigenous communities of Western New York as a Patient Care Navigator. My current role is the Program Evaluator for the Department of Indigenous Cancer Health, where I conduct evaluations on various projects within the department.
