Postdoctoral positions are available in the laboratory of Dr. Dhyan Chandra, Pharmacology and Therapeutics. New postdoctoral fellows will study the role of mitochondria and heat shock proteins in prostate cancer biology and the development of therapeutic resistance in cancer.
Experience in mitochondrial biology, energy metabolism, cancer biology, protein expression and purification, biochemical assays of apoptosis, cell and molecular biology, and working with mouse models is desirable. We are looking for highly motivated and career-oriented candidates with a PhD degree in cell biology or biochemistry or related subjects.
