Courageous Caregivers is a monthly caregiver education and connection session offered in The 11 Day Power Play Cancer Resource Center for individuals caring for a loved one with cancer. 

This is not a support group, but an informational and reflective space focused on providing practical tools, guidance, and reassurance for caregivers as they navigate diagnosis, communication challenges, family changes, and self-care. 

Caregivers are encouraged to attend any session that feels helpful to them, regardless of where they are in their caregiving journey.
