Brian Braun

Biography:

Brian T. Braun, LCSW-R, is the Director of Social Work in the Department of Supportive and Palliative Care at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (Roswell Park). Mr. Braun earned a master's degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo in 1996 and holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Theology from SUNY Albany (1989).

Mr. Braun provides a senior administrative interface, including oversight and direction, to assist with the effective execution of tactics critical to the clinical growth and optimizing operations tactics within the Roswell Park strategic plan. Additionally, he provides a key interface and coordinating point for the implementation, management and monitoring associated with major clinical facilities projects and the clinical product lines.

Mr. Braun previously served as a medical social worker and patient advocate at Roswell Park. Prior to that he was a social worker for Wyndham Lawn Home for Children and Niagara Hospice.
