About Tiffany Anderson
Tiffany has vast experience in nursing and patient care coordination that spans over a 15-year period. Most recently she served as Manager of Clinical Services for the VNA of Western New York. In this role, Tiffany was responsible for daily clinical operations related to patient care, case management, quality improvement, along with financial and regulatory standards in home health. As a champion for Acute Care Hospitalization, she successfully reduced readmission rates for the VNA below the national reference through interdisciplinary collaboration. Tiffany joined Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center in July 2022 as Director of Home-Based Care Services. In this role, she will provide leadership and oversight of the PACT Program with the goal of improved access to care, and reduction of emergency department and hospital admissions.
Tiffany obtained her Masters in Nursing Management and Quality Leadership from D'Youville University in 2020. She attended Kaplan University where she earned a Bachelor's in Nursing in 2015. Tiffany is on pace to complete her MBA in fall of 2023.
