About Raj Vaghjiani

Biography:

Dr. Vaghjiani is a Complex General Surgical Oncology at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center. He completed his general surgery training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY where he also served as Administrative Chief Resident.

During his time in residency, he completed a 2-year research fellowship with the MSKCC Thoracic Service. His research has focused on characterizing the tumor immune microenvironment of various solid tumors including lung adenocarcinoma.

Dr. Vaghjiani enjoys camping, working outside, cars and spending time with his family.
