Roswell Park Highlights New Leaders in Diagnostic Radiology

BUFFALO, N.Y. — As Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center continues to grow, so does our leadership team. Newly appointed Chair of Diagnostic Radiology Ermelinda Bonaccio, MD, has announced several recent promotions within the department.

“We look to these individuals to collaborate in order to provide the highest level of service to our patients through quality imaging and a superior customer experience,” says Dr. Bonaccio.

Craig Hendler, MD, Named Vice Chair of Diagnostic Radiology

Dr. Hendler joined the Roswell Park team in 2011 as the Director of Body MRI. In this new role, he will work with the Chair to develop a strategic plan for the department and optimize operations within diagnostic radiology. Dr. Hendler is a graduate of the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, and completed a fellowship in MRI body imaging at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Thomas Laudico, DO, Named Director of Body CT and Ultrasound

On staff at Roswell Park since 2009, Dr. Laudico will oversee the Body CT and Ultrasound division.  He’s responsible for optimizing CT imaging protocols, overseeing lead technologists, and patient access. Dr. Laudico remains Director of Education within the department, coordinating rotations for medical students.

Benjamin McGreevy, MD, Named Director of Body MRI

As Director of Body MRI, Dr. McGreevy, who previously served as a Staff Physician in Diagnostic Imaging, will work to ensure state-of-the-art imaging for our patients. He attended the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, and holds a bachelors degree from the University of Rochester. Before joining Roswell Park, Dr. McGreevy was a Diagnostic Radiologist with the University of Pittsburgh.

Charles Roche, MD, Named Director of Quality, Safety and Research

Previously the Director of Body CT and an Assistant Professor of Oncology, Dr. Roche has been with Roswell Park since 2008. He will collaborate with Dr. Bonaccio to develop a comprehensive quality and safety program for the department. He will also work on current research initiatives and develop new strategies for growth.

Marie Quinn, MD, Named Director of Breast Imaging

With expertise in high-risk screening and image-guided breast interventions, Dr. Marie Quinn now heads the Breast Imaging division. Her focus includes promoting excellent patient experience and growing our community screening program. Dr. Quinn graduated from the Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed a fellowship at George Washington University Hospital.
