About Matthew Gravina

Biography:

I’m a fellow in the Medical Oncology and Hematology program at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Institute and am currently completing my PGY-4 year. After graduating from my undergraduate degree at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario I ventured to Ross University in Dominica to obtain my Doctor of Medicine with highest honors. I originally came to Buffalo in 2018 after joining the SUNY University at Buffalo Internal Medicine residency program and have loved working in this “City of Good Neighbors” ever since.

I am thrilled to be completing my fellowship training at Roswell Park as it represents one of the countries earliest commitments to the care of patients with malignancy. My career goals are aimed towards the management of patients with hematologic malignancies as well as benign hematologic conditions and am particularly interested in clinical outcomes research in patients with acute leukemias and myelodysplastic syndromes.
