William Acosta was born in Paterson, NJ on April 19, 1967 and was raised in New York City. He was the youngest of four children born to Puerto Rican parents. William was the father of four children and two grandkids. While he didn’t finish his education, he was a very kind and generous person always willing to help others in need.
William moved to Buffalo, NY to make a better life for his family and to be closer to one of his sisters. In 2008, while in his early 40s, he was diagnosed with thyroid and bone cancer. A patient of Roswell Park Cancer Institute and Hospice, he never lost hope in having a second chance in life until he died on April 08, 2009.
