Pharmacy Technician I
Assists in dispensing medications and intravenous additives; maintains pharmaceutical supplies; assists with preparing pharmaceutical orders and receiving pharmaceutical supplies; assists with repackaging of medications; maintains record entries.
The applicant must have a Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (cPhT) from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB). The applicant must have a High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma. The preferred candidate will have an Associates Degree. They will also have experience in IV and Chemotherapy preparation with pharmacy experience.
