Performs electrocardiogram (EKG) testing under the direct supervision of a physician.
Applicants must be a Certified Electrocardiography Technician (CET) certification through the National Healthcare Association. The applicant must have a High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma. The preferred candidate will have one of the following: an active EKG Certification; be a Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT); or be a Certified EKG Technician (CET).
