Description of Duties:
The Clinical Pharmacist of Investigational Drug Service will assist in preparation and order sets for new studies and amendments. The Clinical Pharmacist of Investigational Drug Service will also work with CPOE build team to ensure orders are correct and updated as needed.
Applicants must have a License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree; or a Master’s degree and the equivalent of one year of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or a Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of three of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience. The preferred candidate will have oncology experience and knowledge and understanding of chemotherapy regimens. They will also have knowledge of chemotherapy order preparation, knowledge of drug preparation and standards, and good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
