Description of Duties:
The Smoking Cessation Associate responds to stop smoking inquiries from the general public, using various available resources; assembles and sends out mass mailings regarding smoking cessation programs.
Applicants must possess an Associate’s degree in an appropriate field and the equivalent of one year of full-time experience in a call center, customer service and/or healthcare related field or a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of two years of full-time experience a call center, customer service and/or healthcare related field. The preferred candidate will have a customer service, call center experience or health care experience. They will also be a non-smoker.
This is a grant-funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables is required.
