Senior Technical Applications Trainer
Leads the training efforts in support of internal enterprise IT applications. Meets with business leads and/or project managers to complete training needs analysis, designs training plans, develops and delivers training content and courses to ensure training needs are being met. Oversees training efforts and content development to ensure the delivery of highly effective and engaging training material, while also providing leadership and guidance to other department trainers and coordinators.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of five years of full-time experience in training, training needs analysis, and/or organizational development. The preferred candidate will have the following: at least 5 years of experience training technical applications in a class room and/or computer based; Proven ability to design, develop and deliver highly engaging training content from concept through post implementation; Advanced knowledge of IT applications; Proven ability to break down complex information into easy to learn concepts; and experience in ownership of projects and lead training efforts with minimal support.
