Description of Duties:
The Senior IT Compliance Analyst ensures that the Information Technology Department maintains compliance with our regulatory requirements. The Senior IT Compliance Analyst drives the IT organization to ensure compliance and provides oversight to the IT Compliance Analysts working with both internal and external requirements including FDA 21 CFR part 11, Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Health Information Trust Alliance (HITRUST) and various other voluntary and mandatory regulatory requirements. They also assess, remediate and report all regulations impacting the Information Technology team, interpret various regulations and controls, analyze, establish corrective action policies, and report compliance results to leadership and business partners.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of four years of full-time experience working in Information Technology or Audit/Compliance; or an Associate’s degree and the equivalent of six years of full-time experience working in Information Technology or Audit/Compliance.
