Description of Duties:
The Senior Diversity & Inclusion Administrator assists the Director of Diversity & Inclusion with developing, implementing and monitoring programs that promote diversity and inclusion within the Institute. The Senior Administrator will develop training and initiatives to create and foster an open and including environment. The Administrator will also investigate discrimination or harassment complaints and conduct conflict mediation when necessary.
Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology or a related field and the equivalent of two years of diversity and inclusion, employee labor relations, and/or workplace training and development experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology or a related field and the equivalent of four years of diversity and inclusion, employee labor relations, and/or workplace training and development experience. The preferred candidate will have previous experience in Diversity & Inclusion training, working in a union environment, conducting workplace investigations and have experience maintaining workforce demographics and compiling mandatory reports.
