The Secretary performs clerical, and general office duties. The Secretary transcribes, types, maintains records and files, distributes mail, and performs telephone reception. They also welcome and direct on-site visitors, duplicate and distribute photocopies, and route faxes. The Secretary performs the above duties and responsibilities in a confidential environment requiring general supervision with some latitude for utilizing judgment and initiative.
Applicants must have a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one year of full-time secretarial or related experience. The preferred candidate will be proficient in Excel and Word. They also excellent communication skills, both verbal and oral and the ability to multitask with excellent organizational skills.
