Description of Duties:
The Secretary performs clerical, and general office duties. The Secretary transcribes, types, maintains records and files, distributes mail, performs telephone reception, and welcomes and directs on-site visitors. They also duplicate and distribute photocopies, route faxes, and perform the above duties and responsibilities in a confidential environment requiring general supervision with some latitude for utilizing judgment and initiative.
Applicants must have a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one year of full-time secretarial or related experience. The preferred candidate will have an Associate's Degree and experience in Quality Customer Service. They will also have experience in the use of computers and related programs including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher), and/or other related Computer programs (i.e. Lenel On-Guard, McGann, and Livescan 3M Cogen).
