Health Research, Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division is seeking a full-time Project Director. The Project Director reviews, abstracts and enters legacy data from medical and pathological reports into LIMS database for the Registry. The Project Director also maintains database, mails registry materials, member letters and blood kits, and keeps track of donations to the Registry and sends Thank You letters. They also provide outreach to patients and assist Registry members with any questions/concerns.
The applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field and the equivalent of two years of full-time experience in community-based health planning and/or promotion. The preferred candidate will have at least one year of experience in entering/maintaining patient-related data in a database, at least one year of experience working with an electronic health record, and excellent computer skills, to include Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as a database program(s). They will also have excellent organizational skills, attention to data detail, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
This is a grant-funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables is required.
