Description of Duties:
The Programmer/Analyst performs routine and intermediate computer program analysis and design; researches supportive data and writes, codes, tests, and debugs computer programs; monitors program implementation determining optimum capacity of computer hardware and software; designs programs accordingly. Creates reports; writes simple web based applications; design forms to capture data electronically to enhance the quality of the data collected; general assistance with computer problems for our internal staff; interacts with our external users via email, phone or at group meetings.
Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of two years of full-time experience in programming of mainframe or PC information systems as it relates to technology used at the organization. The preferred candidate will have a background in full stack development, asp.net, visual basic and SQL familiarity with standard development lifecycle. The preferred candidate will have experience with UI/UX design, data reporting and analysis, user flow and gathering technical requirements.
This is a grant-funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables is required.
