Provides coverage for the Payroll Support Mailbox; analyzes data interfaced from the e-Time system into Lawson; makes calculations and performs data entry for accrual adjustments, retroactive payments and miscellaneous pay adjustments; reviews the time accrual report and makes adjustments as needed; performs data entry for direct deposit, tax withholdings, employee purchases, etc.; assists with special projects as needed.
The applicant must have an Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field and the equivalent of one year of full-time experience in payroll processing, general accounting/bookkeeping and/or accounts payable/accounts receivable; or a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three years of full-time experience in payroll processing, general accounting/bookkeeping and/or accounts payable/accounts receivable. The preferred candidate will have experience working with Workday.
