Human Resources Information Systems Analyst
Assists with maintenance and coordination of Human Resources systems and processes; runs, maintains, and distributes Human Resources reports; creates new or revises existing reports to enhance content; ensures compliance with related reporting regulations; runs ad hoc reports for management; assists with Human Resources Systems projects with development, data preparation, loading and entry, report development; assists with regularly occurring Human Resources Systems procedures.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field; or
an Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent certification and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field; or a High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience in Human Resources Information Systems, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
The preferred candidate will have experience with Workday, experience in implementing or supporting ERP applications such as configuration, reporting, data imports/exports and upgrades. Knowledge of HR disciplines is a plus in any of the following: Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Time/Absence and Learning. Experience supporting both vendor applications and custom developed software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred. The candidate must have strong problem solving and presentation skills, excellent written, documentation and communication skills, have the proven ability to effectively manage tasks and activities to be able to work independently. The preferred candidate must also have the ability to rapidly learn and apply new emerging applications, technologies and techniques. Must have the ability to multi-task and overcome obstacles to meet critical deadlines. Must be capable of delivering strong attention to detail, accuracy, problem solving and critical thinking.
