Food Service Supervisor
Supervises the daily activities of all food service operations assuring compliance with all regulatory, organization and department policies.
The applicant must have an Associate’s Degree in a related field; or Certification in a related field; or a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three years of full-time experience in food service operation and management training. The preferred candidate will be Serv Safe Certified, will have prior Healthcare Food Service Supervisory experience, purchasing experience, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office. They will also have cash handling experience. They will have an outstanding attendance record, will be a good communicator, both verbal and written, and will have strong customer service skills.
