Description of Duties:
The Food Service Supervisor supervises the daily activities of all food service operations assuring compliance with all regulatory, organization and department policies.
Applicants must have an Associate’s Degree in a related field; or Certification in a related field; or a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three years of full-time experience in food service operation and management training. The preferred candidate will have Serv Safe certification, prior healthcare food service supervisory experience, purchasing experience, and will be proficient in Microsoft Office. They will also have an outstanding attendance record, will be a good communicator, and have strong customer service skills.
