Faculty Recruitment Associate
Assists with all faculty-level recruitments at Roswell Park; serves as the liaison between candidates, Director, Faculty Recruitment and Roswell Park faculty and administration; organizes and schedules interview visits for candidates; arranges candidate interview itineraries; processes all payment vouchers and associated paperwork; provides guidance to department administrators to assist in identifying the most effective recruitment strategies and ensure adherence to HR policies as related to employment.
Applicants must have an Associate’s degree and the equivalent of one year of full-time experience in an appropriate Human Resources or Administrative support role; or a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of three years of full-time experience in an appropriate Human Resources or Administrative support role. The Candidate will have excellent customer service skills; have the ability to work under pressure while keeping a calm and pleasant demeanor; must have strong computer and organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
This is a grant-funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables is required.
