Description of Duties:
The Employee & Labor Relations Administrator will serve as a team member responsible for workplace investigations, discipline administration, supervisory counseling and training, collective bargaining agreement interpretation and administration and performance evaluation program administration.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of one year of full-time experience in an appropriate Human Resources related field. The preferred candidate will have a BS/BA degree in an appropriate HR or business related field and at least 2 years of related experience. The preferred candidate will have experience in both public and private sector settings, experience in a union setting, excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as advanced technology skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite Software.
