Description of Duties:
The Director, Practice Administration assumes responsibility for the overall management of all practice operations for Women's Services (Breast and Gynecology disease-sites) and other assigned disease sites in close collaboration with the respective Physician Service Leaders including business planning and development, financial management, revenue cycle management, facilities and capital management, human resources management and team building strategic planning.
Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field and the equivalent of five years of progressively responsible ambulatory health system and/or physician practice management experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field and the equivalent of seven years of progressively responsible ambulatory health system and/or physician practice management experience.The preferred candidate will have prior experience in Women's Services practice management, a strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and possess the ability to adapt to change.
