Description of Duties:
Provides clinical data services for multiple projects in Pediatrics to include data definition, data collection, data entry, data verification and quality checks, general database maintenance as well as preliminary data runs and analyses. Coordinates RPCI based research/data management activities that are required as part of participation in multi-center clinical trials. Works closely with faculty PI's to meet research/data needs.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of one year of full-time experience in a clinical trials and/or research environment; or Associate’s degree and the equivalent of three years of full-time experience in a clinical trials and/or research environment. The preferred candidate will have a Master's degree; experience participating in data management duties for clinical research in cancer, experience working on multi-center trials and be proficient in use of SPSS for data management/analysis and REDCAP databases.
This is a grant-funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables is required.
