Clinical Support Assistant
The Clinical Support Assistant performs clerical support functions in an assigned inpatient unit of the organization; answers routine inquiries; screens calls; assists visitors and patients; performs the above duties and responsibilities in a confidential environment requiring direct supervision with limited latitude for utilizing judgment and initiative.
The applicant must have a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of one year of full-time secretarial experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology. The preferred candidate over three years of customer service experience, over two years of secretarial experience, and will have above a high school education. They will also have good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, will work well with others, will be friendly and courteous.
