Description of Duties:
Clinical Center Associate duties include intake and out take of patients in the pediatric center; scheduling clinic appointments, procedures, tests within RPCI and OCH; verifying insurance and personal information, and obtaining co-pays.
Applicants must minimally have a Medical Office Assistant Associate’s degree, or an Associate’s degree and the equivalent of one year of full-time secretarial experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or a 3. High School diploma or G.E.D., completion of an RPCI-approved Medical Assistant certificate program and the equivalent of one year of full-time secretarial experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology; or a High School diploma or G.E.D. and the equivalent of two years of full-time secretarial experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology. The preferred candidate will have pediatric experience and customer service experience.
