Description of Duties:
The Cancer Prevention Associate II assists with clinical and selected operational needs for the cessation program, including but not limited to: assisting with the development, maintenance and updating of training curriculum, electronic and printed participant targeted content, cessation messages (i.e. text and coaching related) as well as conducting staff training, quality and adherence monitoring and performance improvement coaching, running and analyzing historical reporting to track clinical metrics and benchmarks for staffing performance needs, and monitoring compliance with and enforcing policies and procedures.
Applicants must Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field and the equivalent of two years of full-time experience in a call center, customer service or healthcare field or an Associate’s degree in an appropriate field and the equivalent of four years of full-time experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare field or a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of six years of full-time experience in a call center, customer service, or healthcare field. The preferred candidate will have call center, customer service and staff scheduling experience. The preferred candidate will also have computer experience in customer relations software applications and supervisory experience, especially coaching and counseling staff performance.
This is a grant-funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables is required.
