Description of Duties:
The Business Operations Supervisor manages business operations functions required by the clinical and patient care departments, is responsible for analysis, interpretation and presentation of operational performance data, evaluation and implementation of process improvement strategies with operational leadership, oversight of business processes, such as materials and resources procurement and contract execution and project management, and interacts regularly with leadership and internal and external stakeholders, making recommendations to ensure effective integration of department services with Center-wide operations.
Applicants must have a Master’s degree in Business Administration and the equivalent of two years of full-time experience in business and operations analysis and coordination in a healthcare setting; or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and the equivalent of five years of full-time experience in business and operations analysis and coordination in a healthcare setting. The preferred candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, and have the ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines. They will also have the ability to effectively interface with all areas of clinical and patient care services (as necessary) understanding clinical and business needs and have knowledge of medical terminology and medical equipment and supplies.
