Description of Duties:
The Blood Donor Coordinator designs, builds, implements and maintains a blood donor recruitment program for the collection of blood products for use by RPCI patients. Attracts donor and maximizes blood donor program participation; assumes responsibility for the execution of targeted marketing campaigns and public relations; engages in public speaking; builds corporate alliances; assesses the Institute’s blood product utilization; develops and coordinates programs to meet blood product needs; contributes to ensuring the stability of on-site collected blood product inventory.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of one year of full-time experience in public relations, marketing, sales or other related field.
The preferred candidate will have experience in marketing/recruitment and with data management analysis and tools.
