Description of Duties:
Develops, manages and executes budgets with scopes of usually less than $500k projects; administration and documentation related to the same; develops, manages and executes contracts for construction-related services; maintains accuracy of Institute signage; develops, manages and executes contracts for research and clinical moving and cartage projects; assists the Utilities Department with infrastructure impairments. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time related experience.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Cancer Institute as following acceptable educational practices.
