Serves as the primary administrative liaison to the Alliance Foundation Art Committee and the Committee Chair; schedules meetings, takes minutes, organizes agendas, maintains membership records, organizes special event logistics including invitations, monitoring special projects, creating related brochures and posters and collection management.
Applicants must possess a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of five years of full-time experience as a project manager, administrative assistant, customer service manager, or a similarly related role.
This is a grant-funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables is required.
