Administrative Assistant II
The Administrative Assistant II provides executive level administrative support to Sr. VP for Translational Research, as well as group of Urology researchers. The Administrative Assistant II assists PI's in managing their laboratories and staff, as well as with submission of grants/manuscripts. Also supports the academic and clinical duties of faculty clinician(s).
The applicant must have an Associate’s degree and the equivalent of four years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or a High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five years of full-time secretarial or related experience. The preferred candidate will have at least two years in support of a Principal Investigator in a laboratory setting and will be competent in use of EndNotes. They will also have the ability to provide administrative support across a spectrum of personalities and work styles, will be attentive to details, will have familiarity with the operation of a research lab, and a strong time/attendance record.
