Description of Duties:
Provides general operational and complex administrative duties in highly confidential nature. Provides administrative support to Senior Director and faculty assigned to the division of Pediatrics. Typical daily responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, internal/external correspondence; routing mail; answering phones; managing all faculty calendars including meeting scheduling; ordering supplies; setting up tumor board conferences and webex meetings and duties as assigned.
1. Associate’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
