COVID-19 may have put the brakes on most of our in-person events at Roswell Park, but we’re creating new ways to help you stay healthy, both physically and emotionally, from the safety and comfort of your own home or neighborhood:

Virtual Workshop

A healthy cooking demo is part of the lineup for Chapter 2: A Cancer Survivor's Workshop, set for Friday, Sept. 11, from 5-7:30 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m.-noon. Choose from breakout sessions on such topics as mindfulness, laughter yoga, medical marijuana, sexuality and intimacy, mental health and more. Register now.

Check out these new videos offered by our Wellness Program:

Whether you’re a beginner or longtime practitioner, you can also follow along with our instructors in a series of 14 yoga videos demonstrating various poses, chair yoga, breathing techniques and Pilates exercises for cancer patients.

Round up friends and family and “walk where you are” for the 2020 Komen Western New York Virtual MORE THAN PINK Walk™, which raises funds for breast cancer research and patient programs. Rather than walking all together, this year participants will stay safe by setting their own routes. Ready? Register with Team Roswell. Then, on Sunday, Sept. 13, deck yourself out in your pink gear, lace up your sneaks and tag us in your photos on social media to show us where you walked.

If you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, Roswell Park’s Spiritual Care Department invites you to join us for these virtual events in the upcoming weeks:
