The Victory Bell and Pediatric Victory Bell have been moved from their usual location until renovations in the hospital lobby are complete. For the time being, you’ll find them inside the main entrance to the hospital, just to the right of the information desk. Renovation work is expected to wrap up by the end of November, at which point the bells will return to the right of the lobby windows overlooking Kaminski Park.
It’s a tradition at many cancer centers for patients to ring a bell to mark victories during their cancer journey. We’d love to help you celebrate, too. If you’d like to ring the bell to announce the completion of treatment or another milestone, just ask a nurse or physician.
