Kick off the holiday season with an evening of fun at Roswell Park’s annual Tree of Hope celebration Friday, Dec. 13, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in Kaminski Park. Here’s what’s in store:
- Live music
- A spectacular light show
- Rides in a horse-drawn wagon
- A photo shoot with Santa and Mrs. Claus
- Hot cocoa and cider
- Cookies, doughnuts, kettle corn and other treats
- A display of fancy gingerbread houses created by our staff, to be raffled off to benefit cancer research and patient-care programs right here at Roswell Park
- A candlelight ceremony honoring friends and loved ones who have faced cancer
- The lighting of the Tree of Hope
Bring your family! The event is free, but please register in advance on the Tree of Hope website.
And bundle up — the fun takes place outside in Kaminski Park.
