Last Call for Our Annual Cancer Survivor's Workshop on Sept. 15!

There's still time to register for Chapter 2: A Cancer Survivor’s Workshop for Living Your Best Life. It takes place Saturday, Sept. 15, from 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. at Roswell Park. You'll have a chance to connect with fellow cancer survivors and caregivers during a day of fun activities and information about key issues. 

Keynote speaker Leigh Leibel, a mind-body specialist in integrative oncology at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City, will explain how mind-body therapies such as meditation and yoga can help you cope with the physical and mental side effects of your diagnosis. She'll guide you through evidence-based breathing exercises, meditation techniques and more.

Roswell Park experts will be on hand for a Q&A panel, “Your Mind During & After Cancer.” You can submit questions for them during the panel or in advance on the online registration page
