A kind gesture is sometimes the best form of medicine.

Every day in the Roswell Park Patient Hospitality Room, you’ll find one of 24 volunteers eager to help make your day a little brighter. Whether it’s through friendly conversation, a cup of coffee, or a sympathetic hug, the Hospitality Room is a place for patients and families to relax away from home.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a smile and offered several amenities to enjoy during your visit. These include:

  • books & magazines
  • TV
  • coffee, tea & other refreshments
  • snacks
  • comfortable chairs
  • blankets
  • crochet hats

February 10 – 16 is Random Acts of Kindness week and a great time to stop by the Patient Hospitality Room to experience some of the warmth and generosity of RPCI volunteers. We are located on the ground floor near the Errand Escort Desk and open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
