The Clinical Laboratories located in the main hospital complex and in Amherst offer a wide range of laboratory testing services for the patients at RPCI. The department is equipped to support the clinical and research missions of the institution through leading-edge technologies, quality assurance measurements, and laboratory management programs. The laboratories are accredited by the New York State Department of Health, CLIA, JCAHO, ASHI, FACT, FDA and AABB.

The laboratories are staffed 24 hours a day and offer testing and services in:
