At Roswell Park Cancer Institute, we believe education, prevention and early detection are key factors in the fight against cancer. A team of highly specialized providers is available to answer your questions and to guide you and your personal medical providers in taking control of your colon cancer risk.
If you believe you may be at high risk, call RPCI’s Colorectal Cancer Center. If it is determined that you are at higher-than-average risk of developing colorectal cancer, you’ll be eligible for specialized services, including:
A detailed medical history and physical exam
Recommendations for screening tests based on your risk level
Genetic consultations and genetic testing
Access to clinical research studies focusing on new ways of preventing colorectal cancer
The RPCI medical team will work with your own doctors to help you manage your risk.
